We would like to introduce a case study of the semi-finished product "Hollow Valve" that we handled. The material is Inconel (heat-resistant steel), and its application is in automotive parts. The manufacturable size ranges from flange diameter φ30 to φ50. We provide a seamless process from mold design and production to mass production.
